LEO SAYER has become a father.

The popular singer, whose hits include 'When I Need You', 'You Make Me Feel Like Dancing', and the other ones, has decided to call his baby son Tony, after his favourite prime minister.

"Well, I thought I should return the compliment," said the proud father.

Tony Blair wasted no time in responding to having Leo Sayer's baby named after him.

"Whooo?!"
